Terms and Conditions for Sponsors:

1. Payment Terms:
   1. Sponsors are required to make 100% payment within 30 days of receiving the invoice or 15 days before the event.
   2. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of sponsorship benefits.
2. No Refund Policy:
   1. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
   2. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the sponsor, no refunds will be provided. Organisers will adjust the amount with the next event.
3. Sponsorship Benefits:
   1. The specific benefits and deliverables associated with each sponsorship package will be outlined in a separate agreement between the sponsor and the event organizers.
   2. The event organizers will make every effort to fulfill the agreed-upon benefits, but they reserve the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions if necessary.
4. Branding and Promotion:
   1. Sponsors are responsible for providing their logo, artwork, and other promotional materials in the specified formats and within the designated deadlines.
   2. The event organizers will use reasonable efforts to display sponsor logos and branding materials as agreed upon, but they cannot guarantee visibility in all promotional materials or event spaces.
5. Liability and Indemnity:
   1. The event organizers and Goa Institute of Management (GIM) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by sponsors or their representatives during the event.
   2. Sponsors are responsible for their own insurance coverage and are encouraged to carry adequate liability insurance for the duration of the event.
6. Independent Monetary Transactions:
   1. Goa Institute of Management (GIM) is not involved in any monetary transactions related to sponsorship fees.
   2. Sponsors will make payments directly to the designated account provided by the event organizers.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the registered office of the organisor.
   2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By proceeding with sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
